Steve I was just reading your post and remembering a piece on CNBC awhile back about CEOs guiding analysts downward on purpose so they can "beat" the estimate.

If ests. have come down from 14c to 6c, its not much of a stretch to think that management saw that they weren't going to hit 14c long ago, so instead of guiding analysts to 10-11c and taking the chance of not making the number, they guide them to 6-7c so they can beat est. with 8-9c , squeezing shorts to pulp and getting stock price back up to $35 or so. Very resourceful thinking.

I used $35 as number because of that secondary offering awile back that IOMG used to their advantage as a short of their own stock.(remember how they had a BIG stock buyback at $20-22 after the secondary, so in "essence" shorted themselves?) Also very resourceful thinking.

I haven't researched thoroughly yet so my numbers are just off the top of my head and may be off a bit, but you get my idea.

Anyone happen to know if insiders have been buying at the $14-15 level?Could be a very nice indicator.

Whatever IOMG may be, they have proved to be clever management, so it's worth a thought.

Thinking again (danger, danger)
