KH, I see your point now. That STHK release would seem to imply that they have already proceeded to the next level of the ACWA program, which CXI had indicated would not be awarded (to anyone) until late June (the wording "under the ACWA timeline..."). One of these would seem to be wrong, or at least misleading - unless Teledyne-Commodore and STHK are on different gov't mandated timetables? What really seems bizarre to me in the STHK release is that they say they've been awarded "the contract", rather than "a contract" (?). Definitely confusing. biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com
