Well I believe I have very good news in relation to the financials. In three different press releases, ADOT has said that the financials will be audited and released in February.

Well, here you are. I believe you and I have erroneously believed that the financials on their web site are unaudited. I got the above from their WEB site WWW.ADOT.ORG. Given the fact they only had 72k in income, it could not have cost much to have the 1997 result audited.
One worry out of the way.
