Ron: There is a lot of illegal software being sold on eBay, especially Microsoft Office at $30 a pop. Clearly, when the best price you can get at a reputable place is $200 and people are selling it by the dozens on eBay at $20 to $30, something is wrong, and Microsoft issued a statement about this a few months ago.
