Hi Jim. Continuing our discussion on Unterberg.... Unterberg raised CLGY to strong buy today after giving it a short term avoid in September. The stock was under 2 1/2 when the avoid rating came out. Unterberg is a market maker in this stock and was instrumental in acquiring shares for sale to Mr. Gregory who has acculumated almost 1/4 of the co. since the avoid rating came out. This is shameful but unbelievably legal.
