Hi all;

This has to be a STRONG BUY. I bought SUF last year after 5 analysts came out with STRONG BUY recommendations at much higher prices that today's.

On Sept 12, 1997 Brian Cristie from HSBC James Capel recommended:
"... 12-Month Target Price: $26.00."

Sept 18, 1997, Terry Bell at TD Securities: "...our new price target of C$29 may prove to be conservative."

Sept 22, 1997, Hilton Ashton of RBC Dominion / SMK Securities (South Africa): "..., our three year target SouthernEra price of C$43.00 is based on 10X 2000 earnings."

Oct 20, 1997, Grant Ewing of Sprott Securities: "...Target Price: $25 to $30.00."

December 16, 1997, John Hainey of Yorkton: "...We recommend purchase at current levels with a 12-Month target of $20 per share."

These are all reputable analysts, and surely knew about the Klipspringer situation when they did their due diligence, so, this must be a strong buying opportunity.

How much cash has SUF got left? When are they coming out with their 1997 financials?

Regards,
Joe.
