Nothing to beleive. It is a historical fact that has taken place since the begining of teh US financial system. Just read Shillers book Irational Exuberance. Home prices over the past 60 years have not moved much. It is the inflation that set in that moved these assets. Nothing to debate, just read the book. It is fantastic.
