Thread- The analyst appears to make a lot of sense. And from what I recall, the explanation was a, "change of focus," issue. One of decreased emphasis on going shallow(foot in door of 99 of the Fortune 100 companies- Sans K-mart), to going deep. Selling substantially more seats at each account with a support team behind it. Anyway, just a FWIW type comment. -MikeM(From Florida)
