Yeah, that's why the president is bashing an American business today for cutting its full time workforce to part time to avoid the intense cost of Obamacare.

According to Gallup, the number who see health care costs as the "most important problem" in their family's budgets has increased from 10% in 2013 to 14% in 2015.

This, of course, is a huge increase considering that the number who are uninsured has dropped from 2008 until now by only about 1 percentage point, at best a marginal improvement, and even those are unhappy with what it has done to cost.

And the long-term effects, while clear to those of us who know what's going on, aren't clear to the public yet. The closures of dozens of hospitals. The elimination of primary care in many rural areas. The reduction in availability of primary care for Medicaid patients. The inefficiency created by ill-conceived EHR requirements (including massive invasion by the federal government into private practices by virtue of insane "meaningful use" requirements). OTOH, it has created jobs by virtue of creating a new category of medical assistant, the "scribe" who follows doctors around to enter stuff into the computer that the doctor used to write down on paper. Idiocy.
