No problem. You're talking lower middle class, and their premiums are being paid by the middle-middle class.

The objective, in part, was to equalize the middle class and the lower class. So, they take money from the middle middle class and give it to the lower middle class and lower class. They take money from the upper middle class (longshoremen whose health benefits amount to $40,000/year, and who have union pensions of 90K/year) and give it to the upper class. And leave the upper-middle and middle-middle classes with nothing, which is where the lower middle and lower classes started out.
