Don't be to excited; the reason they did this is because they just bought Cardinal Tech., a Paul Allen group that went bust but supported USRX early on and has a great retail presence. All in all though, it's good news. All the best, RW PS: Remember, Hayes did file CH 11 some time ago; they haven't proved to be the most savy of marketers!
