i didn't see that one, but i think a sort of ST capitulation bottom in the bond is near...it may lead to a short covering rally similar to the last one. bullish consensus on bonds is now 17% and the Rydex bond ratio sits at an all-time high(3,24). at the same time the Rydex ratio for stock funds sits at an all time low of 0,10. this suggests to me that the next financial markets chapter to be written will be a massive re-allocation of assets from stocks into bonds, a la '87. my guess is it may be foreign funds leading the charge...
