I count about 20!> You mean you actually counted? <I feel sorry for the vendors...> Yeah, I suppose this will no doubt cause a lot of confusion for the vendors, unless Intel manages this market segmentation well. But hey, Intel has handled the segmentation all right thus far, no? As for the vast array of different chips, it's only the tip of the iceburg. I've seen some confidential internal roadmaps, and there were a lot of project names shown on one slide. And that was only for servers! (IA-64 and IA-32.) Tenchusatsu
