This is regulatory power that should not exist .solely in the hands of any unelected body. It appears to this writer that Mr. Obama is moving behind the scenes, out of the eyes of the people, to achieve a take over of our communications. Call the internet a utility and we will all be paying to use the internet which now exists as a prototype of the free market system. Mr. Obama and his appointed FCC will turn the internet into a utility so that he and his minions can tax and control the internet. (The power of taxation translates to contoll.) In communist literature, it is written that the way to conquer a nation is to take over the education system. Move forward to the 21st Century--------if we were updating that statement---------it would be the way to conquer a nation would be to control its' internet system-'-----the communication system of the people------to inhibit freedom of speech.
