We do not have cabinet members with dual citizenship now but I suspect we do have them in sub-cabinet positions given how close the neo-cons are to the Likud Party. I do remember that Martin Indyk -- a high level sub-cabinet official in the Clinton regime dealing with Mideast matters -- had dual citizenship.
