There is one general reason that no SEC will uncover.

That is the "The human emotion as a market begins to look bullish."

Everyone was starting to feel warm and fuzzy, believing that
their individual stocks would continue to climb.

When that warm feeling comes and you start anticipating just how far your stock can go-------that's the time that a correction will occur.

This is individual psychology and crowd psychology.

Once the selling started, it soon became obvious-----so the crowd grew on the downside.

There are any number of reasons one could point to as increasing the panic selling-------the attack on the free enterprize system in Washington; the oil well debacle which makes it seem as though the whole world is being threatened if one reads or listens to mainstream media.

Then there was news of financial troubles in Greece; taxes and more taxes coming via Obama; Obama-non-care bill revealing it's true cost without a commensurate increase in quality of care; drug wars on our Southern Border-------VAT and Cap and Trade and control of the internet all coming under Obama. Car bomb in New York.
