Just sharing.. Pixar's insiders were selling; they were constantly questioned. Their stock were trading around $12-$13 range. Then, they announced their new agreement with the Disney. And, their stock rose $8. Didn't the insiders know about this agreement prior to their selling? They did not know that in a week they could have sold their shares at $ 20.
