POSTIT,
Look at the SEC filing 10KSB. It notes that the conversion price of the convertable preferred shares ( the shares offered to finance the aquisition of Concepts) will be determined by the five trading days prior to their issuance. The payments due April 15, May 15, and June 15 are to be financed by issuing these shares. They would not be diluting their shares until they converted or sold out. All I'm saying is that they would have an interest in having the conversion price as cheap as possible. And maybe there was a little collusion in guaranteeing a cheap conversion by shorting shares. How else would you explain such demand as yesterday not driving the price up? Wouldn't you want the same even if you planned on being long? Read the filing and tell me if I'm wrong. That was just my interpretation. I may be wrong.

BTW-I am long on IFCI and I don't think the holders of the covertibles will be dumping there shares on the market.
