I have been investing for three years now, and have bought and sold over 10 different stocks. Only one of those trades brought me a negative return (~10%). I appreciate your attempt to give me some advice, but please try to stick more to the facts here.

I bought this as a long-term investment, as I am very young and have many, many more years left. I have been well rewarded for my patience in the past.

Insiders sell for many reasons, and the CFO went to another start-up company, like S3 was several years ago. He is probably interested in getting more cheap/free stock and then launching the company. I don't know what his motives were exactly, but I SERIOUSLY DOUBT it was because he saw something fundamentally wrong with S3.

Only time will tell the tale, here.
