OK, thanks for giving me credit for who I am. I am hoping that you wouldn't jump on that bandwagon. Yes, I do live in MD and my Scottdale account is in Rockville, MD. Greg has defended who I am and feels compelled to let everyone know. I actually asked him not to post a defense of who I am because I was going to prove it another way.
Will you trust me on something? I really didn't talk about your conversations to H.K. and I haven't talked to Millis in many weeks. I think I talked to Millis twice and the first time he called me. H.K. told me what Mike Millis said to you. He said it in passing and that was that. That is why I stood up for you on your comment. H.K. verified the comment and I wouldn't hide that from the thread. I gave you credit for that and said that Millis wasn't cool. However, I really do not know any more about your conversations to Millis or H.K. because my interest isn't there on that topic and I didn't pursue asking him any more about what happened.
Is that what you mean by I know you know more about this? If you were referring to Pickens or LPSL, I do not believe that any information about Pickens or LPSL is appropriate to talk about on the thread. Unless the company is willing to come out with an official statement, it would be very inappropriate, in my opinion, for me to comment either way. I am not going to make a serious judgment call on the thread on something that H.K. might have said. There are two sides to every story and I believe a court needs to make a ruling.
I think that it is inappropriate for LPSL to try so forcefully to present a case here because it is one sided. I'm not going to represent CSMA and make this a two-sided argument. So either they continue a one-sided argument or they take it to court. Which should it be?
They have lost credibility with me when things they were saying turned out to be false, not because I am a CSMA shareholder.
I didn't put you on the defensive because I wanted to, I believed in what I was saying. I'm not going to bring up investment methods. You do have the right to buy and sell at anytime. Period. I don't support your agenda, but to each his own, I guess. OK?
If you think I know something after talking to H.K. but are hesitant to mention it, you can send me a private message and ask me. I will be civil and I will let you know if I know something or not. I will not talk about whether I know any insider information however.
Also, I am not going to watch the thread 24 hours a day. I am not on thread patrol, but it sure feels like it. I want to take a break over the weekend. Does that mean everyone is now going to have a field day?
