cm--great article, thanks. One can clearly see the reason that Wave decided to acquire N*Able and why N*Able agreed to be acquired--they truly complement each other.

Hey Dude! Instead of brooding about whether Wave played up the HAUP deployment to your meticulous standards, why don't you follow cm's advice and check out the N*Able site. A caring guy like you will feel much better, I'm sure...
