Hithc, The Asian financial institutions just made the same mistake that the American banks made in the mid-80's- lending too much money on overinflated real estate prices. I would guess a slight negative to CREAF from the Asian Crisis, but when I also factored in all of the changes to this company (noted above) in the last 90 days, I felt like this was a fair investment to own.....
