But the other side of the coin is that you can't control where the money evaporates from in a dispersive Bust either. That should answer your last question. Touche - I will think on your words of wisdom - BTW - if you don't own a house - are you planning on buying one in the future if prices get to a better point for you - or is home ownership something you never foresee for yourself Russ?
