This is not directed specifically at Fred.

I've heard the analysis of slowing Zip sales and its effect on earnings, but WHAT ABOUT JAZ? The other half of the "3 million Zips sold.." was that 2 MILLION Jaz and Dittos have been shipped/sold already. I was floored. If this is true, the Jaz rampup must be even faster than Zip. If IOMG is getting $30 million a qaurter from Ditto drives and tapes (perhaps 200,000 drives per quarter @ $100/drive), they must be selling several hundred thousand Jaz drives each quarter now. Even accounting for startup costs, this suggests Jaz revenues will be a major contributor to 3Q revenues and possibly earnings (remember, no rebates here and a much higher unit price). And by 4Q, Jaz may be as big a factor as Zip.

Has anyone been able to construct a sales chart of Zip, Jaz and Ditto quarterly sales that could account for the 2 million figure? I must admit I could not without blowing apart all my total revenue estimates.

Dave
