Creative's New Patents: I can't believe you left out the PATENTS! <<Upon that I went through at lunch last week and toted up the various things which have changed in the last quarter for CREAF such as the Asian Crisis, the 3DFX deal,the three acquisitions, the Asian currency devaluations, the EMU chip announcement. I rated each of these events on the short-term either "good,bad, or neutral" for CREAF.>> The US Patent Office granted Creative two (2) new patents on December 16 which are related to PCI Audio. BTW, for those of you who are not CREAFers, the three acquisitions are the following: (1) Cambridge Speakers; (2) Netmedia division of Opti; and (3) ENSONIQ.
