Thanks Eric, you and I agree almost completely on msft. Its strange because I was on the msft thread a few months ago talking about how word was becoming bloatware and I thought msft was going to lost mkt share there just as word took the mkt from the publishing software a decade ago. Of course the msft people thought I was being ridiculous. I still believe it though - the last place I worked people started using email for simple documents - word has just become too much of a behemoth for me. I was never a msft basher - people forget what it was like trying to work with Sun and Apple in the enterprise.
