R.D.,

S1 gets cash via converts:

siliconinvestor.com

S1 was going to be cash flow positive before it ran out of cash, so what is S1 up to with this? I need to see if they've established a reserve to cover possible negative outcomes of litigation. It wouldn't surprise me if this is part of the intended use. Why the converts, with interest rates possibly near a peak, and with the later manipulation that always seems to surround converts?

I'm not as happy about this as the Street is, but I'll take the six points and look to write calls soon. Meanwhile I'll watch for filings.

Cheers, Tuck
