Tom It already happened at the CPUC July 2nd meeting, so this is history: cpuc.ca.gov <<CA-27 Res E-3543 - Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). This resolution approves PG&E's request for deviation from Schedule A-1-agreement with Metricom, Inc for unmetered electric service>> For everyone else, the provision covers 5,300 Metricom pole top radios in the PG&E service area, which could be anywhere from Kern County to the Oregon border. Apparently, it was a non-contested item at the meeting. No MCOM position yet. Scott
