Actualy my favorite computer store is Micro Center. They have an excellent service. It would have been an excellent aqusition for CPU.
On the other hand, I absolutely cannot stand Best Buy. I remember one time I had to exchange a laptop modem, I bought there. The modem didn't install properly. There was something wrong with it. So I took it back to the store. They didn't want to take it. Then I've asked them to install a modem themselves. They tried, it didn't work either.
They still didn't want to take it back, instead, they wanted to charge me $40 for an attempt to install modem.
It took me half of a day, and a long debate with every .... manager in the store to finaly get my money back. Waste of time and nerves. They lost my business ever since.

Screw Best Buy.

Go CPU.
