The primary reason we all saw a surge at the end of trading today was because of Wind joining the S&P 400 Mid Cap. All of those investment managers had to have this security in their portfolio to replicate the index which occurred at the close of business today. I wouldn't be surprised to see some lingering trades appear on Tuesday. There is no way all of these funds could be invested by the close of business today. Likewise, Wind fell out of the Small Cap index today so there was certainly a degree of crossing going on among the larger funds. Besides this unusual index event, everything else seems to be quite bullish for WIND. : )
