I have said in the past, that OTC bulleton board stocks were, for the most part, well, crap. I have to take that back, at least just a little, ok 99% of OTC stocks are crap. Here is one that wasn't. Prior to April 1, 1998, Level 3's common stock was traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol KIWT. level3.com L3 announced last week that they are buying Titan. Not bad for a OTC company.
