I think they overplayed their hand on O'Reilly. No one is convinced, except for left wing nutjobs. Everyone expects someone like O'Reilly or Williams to have a big head. They don't necessarily expect them to lie, which Williams clearly did. Whether O'Reilly did depends on your point of view, to some extent. It wasn't a blatant lie. Williams' was.

Krauthammer, I'm pretty sure, has never told anyone he was in a war zone, at least not his accident.
