Lawsuits will be announced this week just wait. I suspect the 8k was to avoid this possibility. I don't see a lawsuit. I do see a pirice lower than 46 1/2 on the horizon. $0.02 a share sucks, no matter how well they do in the next 2 months. Also 8k are filed to announce items that can materially affect shareholders. The earnings report was the only thing in it!
