Razor, the questions were posed to Little Amigo Max and he responds as follows:

I use notepad/wordpad to do my programming. To program from notepad, just type the code and save as an html file (.htm or .html).
To get it on the internet, I use ftp software which can be found here:
tucows.cows.net. I'd be happy to make you a page or assist if you tell me what you want it to look like.
If you want to learn HTML yourself, there is a free lesson at NCSA.com. As to my webpage I made it when I was ten and don't look at it much anymore, but I'll try to fix it.
