Michael, it takes a lot of management time to raise the money for an LP (believe me I know), I think this time might be better spent on closing actual sales. Furthermore, another LP processor, where will it be located, at the same place as the first? Is there enough raw material to feed two such system? Can one team run both? There are a lot of questions and I am not sure a new LP is the right answer. I do not think that the current investors will want to put all their "eggs" in one basket, so a new batch of investors will have to be sought. Quite a time consuming proposition (and they should not forget the registeration of this offering in N.C. before they start actually offering the LP). Zeev
