Fellow Stockholders; Most of you should have received a communication from Pacific Cortez Securities asking you to call about MCTL. I called the number and asked for Paul Koupas. I received the following information. He expects MCTL to report earnings at the end of next week with earnings of one cent. Also MCTL is in talks to acquire another company that would boost revenues to over 100 million. He states the possibility of NASDAQ delisting has no merit because of the MCTL price rise. Paul also feels MCTL should report earnings of around 40 cents for 1999. I just bought 2000 more shares to go with the other 2000 I bought a year ago. It appears MCTL has turned around.
