Bill, Got back to the boards today. So here it is over 15 days since the LU announcement and the only movement in the stock pric eof TSCP is down. Do you have an assessment of what is happening? At least the price is in the "pick up some more range". I missed the news release on the LU deal. Anyone out there have a copy that they can post? Thanks Steve
