Has the SEC reduced these fees? <<15 billion in excess revenues>> ntu.org Since Greenspan and the SEC have attempted to stop "Irrational exuberance" the last 2 years ... the markets have become more distorted and irrational. Until the FED and SEC declare that all stocks are marginable, shortable, and 50% margin is restored to ALL retail stock transaction... the FED and the SEC will CONTINUE to distort the markets further. The FED and SEC will never be able to regulate the markets effectively until they stop harassing the retail investors and go after the brokers, market makers, and institutional traders!!
