Plane with injured Russian specialist lands in Moscow 19.06.2004, 16.52 MOSCOW, June 19 (Itar-Tass) - An Il-76 cargo-transport plane of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has brought the heavily injured specialist of the Interenergoservice Company Anatoly Korenkov from Baghdad to Moscow. "The ministry's plane landed at the Ramenskoye airdrome near Moscow at 16:23 MT," a duty officer of the ministry told Itar-Tass on Saturday. "The condition of Anatoly Korenkov who had been wounded in an armed attack on a bus carrying Russian energy company workers near Baghdad on May 26 is very grave," said the officer. During the flight Korenkov was inside a specially prepared intensive care van equipped with all the necessary things to render aid of any degree of complexity to the patient. Resuscitation experts of the Sklifosovsky Emergency Medicine Institute accompanied the injured man during the flight from Baghdad to Moscow, the Emergencies Ministry officer said.
