Anything that cuts down on casino floor personnel is a winner, but we won't see another upgrade cycle like Ticket-in, Ticket-out -- not unless they start accepting debit/credit cards in machines, a public policy nightmare.

Not only does this save the cost of casino personnel, it gets the player back in operation with minimal downtime, which can increase the ROI during busy times.
