Mike,

Mr Garrett posted a two year restriction on the IR's shares. The financials say 7 months. Is this another error? What's the deal?

The holders of the convertibles do not worry about dilution. They simply sell for the immediate profit and dilute shareholders shares. This is a very important concept for all shareholders to understand fully. The convertible holders are not long termers. They get a deal in exchange for their money, and a good one at that.
