marktwain.com also offer CDs or Demand deposit accts in foriegn currency. They are a newly aquired arm of Mercantile Bank NA.

The Accounts are FDIC insured against 'Bank failure', not currency losses. I couldn't determine if there was a fixed percentage above spot that they charged for currency exchanges- they say no fees.

To really leverage, you have to look at the Futures market, where I do not tread. Yesterdays flux was enough for me, with the market moving too fast for me to do much but watch.
