Nandu: Regarding 'sify' I have the following information.

1.No IPO will be issued in India.
2.Satyam Computers own some +59% of 'sify'
3.17% of 'sify' is owned by South Asia Regional Fund,a VC firm.
4.Some 2.5 million ADS will be offered in the U.S and the rest will be issued outside the U.S excluding India.
5.Each ADS represents 1 ordinary shares of the company.
