Hal, I think you are wrong about Microsoft's Windows CE strategy. Microsoft's strategy is to make Windows CE compelling to developers, not end users. If developers go with CE, they can easily migrate their current Windows programs and continue using the same tools and techniques. This is a very compelling advantage CE has over other OS's.
