I am in the Tax "cellar" category so to speak, I honestly don't know what the book value of the company based on the rights are . Are they worth anything in light of recent happenings? I do however feel that is all they have going for them at present if anything is going for them. Who is going to be willing to invest in a company the B&N combo just flushed 1/2 a mil down? Are we to believe that B&N where not aware that CAWS believes they can overcome problems encountered so far and really make this idea work? Maybe they needed a Tax write off! I feel the company has known several things along the course of the trials that were not made available to investors, hence I fear the law suits may have more merit than the company wants us to believe. Personally, between this baby and SEXI my tax reporting won't be nearly as hard on me as previously expected! I still hold a little SEXI in foolish hope! I however have closed my entire position in CAWS at present, and have 28 days and counting before I can reenter, I feel it will take at least that much time to regroup, so I may still have a chance to be a part of any "exponential" gains that may be in the future for CAWS, if not, Kay Sa Ra Sa Ra! I hope everyone still holding can recoup all or at the very least most of the losses on this one over time, but I hope it is more than thirty days away before the run up if there is one, starts so I can play too. Sorry guys. I am not going to hope for something detrimental to my position. IMHO the law suits will be the driving factor here for next month or so.
