The bond holders are not the only shorts and certainly not the
majority. The shorts were present prior and remain. The short interest
reported does not accurately represent the actual short interest. I for one do not believe that MS or Mont ever had the amount of stock
used to lower the bid every day...they couldn't.

Then there is the disturbing matter of the stock nearly but never
exceeding the money of the largest call positions. "Naked calls"
Dragged up and down with volatility...keeps ya in...knowing it could
jump at any moment....ahhhh...damn...fell back just before expiration.
The volatility kept the premium up. The price of the sale? Nothing.
The stock never existed!! They drag many issues to the plate...but
never score....all naked calls.

Look at the float...then the short interest....then look at the open
interest of calls and puts, Leaps included! Then you see the real amount of phoney "naked" stock out there.
