Hello all!

I've read some posts in the past about how IOMG's high margin products are the Zip disks rather than the drives and that because of that, the $50 rebate on the drives would have little effect on earnings...

What I was wondering is I've seen two other companies producing Zip disks (Maxell and Sony). Not only that, but both of them are cheaper (by about 10% when you get up in the 10+ quantity). Now am I missing something or is that a pretty serious threat to IOMG's earnings? Wouldn't Sony and Maxell just be paying a small licensing fee for each disk sold which has to be less than IOMG's own profit margins on its own branded disks??? Any thoughts?

(Neither long nor short IOMG. Just fascinated by the company and attention surrounding it)

Regards from Southern California!
