I don't know all the details as it came from my boss who could leave something out. All he said was the land and building were "worth" 7 and the note was for 1.5. I doubt they could sell it for 7, but I'm sure they could for 4-5. This is about a 1 hour train ride south of Kanzi Airport. I think the issue was finding somebody who needed it and could afford it. We had just built a new factory within throwing distance of this building. This building and lot you can actually fit 30 cars in, where our new factory could fit maybe 6 and we paid more for the new construction... <NG>
