I have seen quite a few studies that indicate that gross elements of diets behave the same in people of much different background or racial character.

But I also know that there are different enzymatic characteristics that allow different people to digest different foods in a different manner than others. Meat for the Inuit and Cree for instance. There are adaptive differences all over the place. It is not entirely unknown to science.. There is lots of data you can find, but it takes much study. I have read about 4,000 studies on diet/substances and their effect. To summarize what I have figured out, as to what study is right or wrong for what reasons, which are invalid because of ignored data, or too small a change over too small a period, or too small an independent variable change.. would be too long to deal with here. Suffice to say more needs doing but much can be gleaned already.

Vilhaljmur Stefannsson did some practical tests at the turn of the century on Inuit diet. Recent tests showed that Inuit degrade on our diet and we can thrive on theirs. These small tests are very significant.
