Michael Again I must say, do you really think an Austrian bank "wanting to help IFCI" would stop them from cashing in on a 42% profit on at least some of the debentures?!?!? What kind of 'leave it to Beaver' little world do you people live in? I hold IFCI, but I am not so ignorant that I will look at everything through rose colored glasses. READ the 10-K. LOOK at the many varied debenture agreements. FIGURE worst case scenario as to what CAN be done, and then make your projections for what earnings are gonna be and what the stock is gonna do. I have been following this thread for months. Some of you guys have great minds and a tremendous ability to research. Let's honestly look at the debentures and have a dialogue about them, instead of writing someone off with one or two sentences of rosey propaganda. Bill Zeman
